RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. NO exceptions. Return Shipping fees will be on us.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamashed, and unused. Original tags must be attached.

No Refunds - Online purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange.

Items marked "Final Sale" in the product description are not eligible for return, or exchange. This includes all items in our "sale" sections and discount codes from sales events.

SHIPPING FEES 

All shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your return credit. 

REQUESTING A RETURN

To request a return, click hereProvide us your full name, email and order number.

Once your return label is created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label (expense covered by the customer) via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location or handle it to the mailman.  Returns Labels should be scanned by the carrier within 3 days after received. After that period,  all unused labels will be void and returns should be requested again complying with the 7 days window policy.
